Welcoming staff and sustainable cleaning system using membership points. However, the room furnishings were outdated and lacking power sockets. Despite these drawbacks, the comfortable beds and central location make Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium a decent choice for a stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel and it was such a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - close to some great restaurants and Gardens by the Bay. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and the room service was prompt. I really enjoyed the welcome drink and the shuttle service.
I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. The only thing this hotel could improve on is the friendliness of the reception and travel desk staff.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation options.- The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent guest services.
The beds were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. The bathrooms had a dated appearance and could benefit from some upgrades.

During my stay, I found the front office staff to be extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff to be excellent. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early at 11 a.m. and check-out late at 2 p.m. without any extra charges. The hotel's location close to the river and fairly close to downtown activities was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, there was a bus stop conveniently located in front of the hotel, making transportation around the city easy.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is not within walking distance to the main attractions or metro stations. Close to the happening area of town but not close enough to take a walk. However, it is in the center of most attractions in the city and is a short distance to gardens by the bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel offers a variety of facilities such as a pool and restaurants.
The hotel lacks some necessary facilities, such as a karaoke room or a casino, which may disappoint those who enjoy such activities.

Spacious suite, convenient location. Friendly staff, especially at check-in. Free upgrade and thoughtful cookie for our son. Enjoyed the buffet dinner, excellent quality and variety. Great service from arrival to departure, special thanks to Edward for his help with transportation.
